Aquaphor SPF 30
Aquaphor is recommended to be applied to incisions or lacerations for 4 weeks after injury. Apply this during the day whether inside or outside.
NewGel + Vit E
Apply this at night for three months starting two weeks after incisions or scars are made. In general beta use over facial and neck incisions.
Silicone Tape
Similar to the gel, silicone sheets are recommended for three months after surgery or trauma. In general recommended for abdominal incisions.

Olay recommended to be used on face for one year after incisions or scars
Nutrition and Supplements
Juven
Nutrition for wound healing. Recommended for two weeks before and after surgery. Take twice daily.
Bromelain Tablets
Bromelain helps reduce inflammation, swelling and bruising after surgery or injury. Recommended dosage is 500 mg or one tablet twice daily for 15 days. If taking for cosmetic surgery, recommend starting two days prior to surgery and continuing for two weeks after surgery.

Deep tissue massages
Use over scar tissue 4 weeks after liposuction or abdominoplasty. Use twice daily for 10 minutes over hard tissue. Use until tissue feels soft.
