A native of Philadelphia, Dr. Kutzke graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then went on to earn a Doctor of Medicine of MD degree from Thomas Jefferson University, considered one of the top medical schools in the nation. Dr Kutzke then graduated from Georgetown Hospital in General surgery after doing two years of research in surgical oncology at the National Institutes of Health. She then went on to specialize in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Temple university Hospital. Dr Kutzke resides in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and her son.
